- GP Referral: Your GP has assessed and referred you to Hot Chemist Pharmacy First Service and provided you with a 6 digit referral code.
- Enter Your Code: Enter the referral code below given by your GP.
- Select Your Condition: Choose the condition for which you are seeking treatment from the options provided.
- Complete the Form: Fill out a short assessment form to check if you are eligible for a Pharmacy First consultation .
- Consultation:
- If Eligible: You will be offered a consultation with our pharmacist via WhatsApp or video call.
- If Not Eligible: You will be signposted to appropriate services for further assistance (e.g., your GP, NHS 111).
- Medication Delivery: Medicines prescribed following a successful consultation are delivered for free the next working day.*
*Medicines are subject to NHS prescription charges where applicable.
