The NHS Pharmacy First service offers a quick and easy way to handle minor health problems without needing to see a doctor, including: sinusitis, sore throat, earache, infected insect bites , impetigo, shingles, and uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women.

This consultation is an NHS service and incurs no charge. However, if medication is prescribed and you are not exempt from prescription charges, you will be required to pay the standard fee of £9.90 for the medication.
