- Please complete the screening form below. It contains 18 questions and will take less than 5 minutes to complete.
- Should you be eligible for Pharmacy First, you will have the opportunity to schedule an appointment through our calendar. Video Consultations take 15 minutes to complete.
- We offer appointment slots between 9:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday).
- All consultations resulting in a prescription being issued by 14:00 will be dispatched on the same day for delivery the following working day.
- The consultation is offered free of charge as part of the NHS services. Should medication be prescribed as a consequence of the consultation, and you typically pay for prescriptions, a charge of £9.90 will apply.
